Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include –
- Provide accurate Bill of Quantities for residential construction projects
- Raise purchase orders and distribute to relevant suppliers/contractors as required
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Liaise with internal staff
- Review engineering details, working drawings, specifications and addendas whilst completing quantity take-offs.
- Communicate effectively to Supervisors
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to Operations Manager and Construction Manager and works with a high performing team.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 3 years experience in a scheduling position within a WA Residential builder
- Understanding of construction methods
- Experience using some form of Construction software
- Good understanding of Microsoft excel
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
- Shows initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Good time management skills
- Works well within a team
