In this role, you will:
- Assist with driving business development and client retention strategies in designated accounts.
- Work with an amazing team of Senior Account Executives and report to the Executive Account Manager.
- Key performance indicators include business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- A good understanding of various insurance products, legislation, claims, hopefully broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
- Demonstrated literacy in computer software.
- A stable work history.
- Aspirations towards achieving goals.
- Mandatory qualifications: Preferably Tier 1, willingness to undertake studies towards a Diploma in Financial Services.
- Highly regarded: Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
