THIS IS YOUR PERFECT JOB – Part time 20 hrs pw. Accounts/Bookkeeping role in the northern suburbs. Fabulous location & amenities.
SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – · Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner. · Process settlement receipts accurately and in a timely manner. · Reconcile bank statements and ensure it balances to the general ledger. · Ensure costs are accurately accounted for in the general ledger. · Assist the Accountant with Balance Sheet reconciliations. · Assist with the preparation of operational and financial reports. · Maintain and update accounting records and files. · Back up for Accountant when on leave. · Provide administrative support to the business including arranging meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required. · Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the General Manager Finance and works closely with the Accountant.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE. SKILLS AND SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have recent Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role. · Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB or XERO) and MS Office (particularly Excel). · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent organisational and time management skills. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
YOUR NEW COMPANY, HOURS ETC
Located in Stirling this will be your perfect role if you like to work in a small amiable team. Great location, lovely offices, parking bay provided.
20 hours per week preferably Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 2pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Though there is some flexibility.
