We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Broker. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will suit someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries for amendments/additions, cancellations, renewals
- Process new business, renewals, and policy maintenance
- Liaise with all stakeholders such as clients, underwriters, claims
- Attend to enquiries
- Perform any and all other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tier 2, Tier 1 is preferable, plus recent experience in general insurance broking
Essential Skills and Software Knowledge:
- Highly attuned written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
