We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Insurance Executive Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, managing and growing accounts, as well as developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including business retention, policy renewals, claims handling, and complaints resolution
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Contribute to the team's overall success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Diploma of Financial Services preferably or willingness to undertake
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field looked upon favourably
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
