SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – Management of a portfolio of clients with an emphasis on growth plus ensuring business retention; Maintaining client relationships, providing advice, acting as professional broker, presenting recommendations, keeping all stakeholders especially clients fully brief; Working towards high quality policy renewal encompassing gathering information from clients and underwriters, negotiating terms, coordinating renewal documentation with your assistant; Collection of invoices with your assistant; Guiding the claims team and acting on behalf of the client in settlement of claims in their best interests; Business development and portfolio growth in line with your developed sales plan; any and all other duties.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to Management and works with friendly competent team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have Tier 1 plus recent solid experience in general insurance broking Account Management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Highly attuned written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills; enhance negotiation skills.
