Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include –
- Provide support to the Contract Administrator/Pre-start Consultant
- Ability to read and articulate building contracts, plans and specifications
- Maintaining Handover Files – Warranties, keys, accessories and maintenance information
- Provide regular update to customers regarding their prestart process
- Preparation of Variations and processing into Beams once approved by all parties
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to Construction Manager and works with a small team
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
- Previous experience in the residential construction industry - minimum 3 years
- A strong understanding of the building process to be able to communicate effectively with clients
- Well organised, good time management and attention to detail
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) including Beams experience is desirable
- Great customer service and communication skills to provide a quality experience for the clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
