In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial/SME insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial/SME insurance accounts, including renewals, policy amendments and claims management
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the most competitive premiums and coverage for clients
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documentation
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the wider Brokerage team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for
 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker or Account Manager in the Brokerage industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of commercial/SME insurance clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate insurance concepts to clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of insurance products, policies and regulatory requirements
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. Diploma of Insurance Broking) are highly desirable
